- Not be allergic to fairy dust

- Refrain from capturing rainbows without permission
- Report any sightings of grumpy trolls
Intellectual Property
All magical spells, enchanted artifacts, and whimsical creations on the Website are the property of Fantasia Enterprises or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
We do not accept liability for any of the following:
- Spontaneous outbursts of singing
- Unexpected transformations into woodland creatures
- Temporary bouts of uncontrollable giggling
- Sudden cravings for cotton candy
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Enchanted Forest, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
